I have been in the mortgage and Real Estate industry since 1999.  I worked in the Quad Cities for several years before trying my hand in the California Real Estate Market.  I owned and operated my own Mortgage Company for 2 years before selling and moving back to the area to take over the Davenport Hamilton Mortgage Branch.  Due to corporate decisions they closed the doors on several Hamilton Mortgage Offices across the Midwest, mine being one of the victims.  I have worked as a Mortgage Banker, a Mortgage Broker and a Mortgage Processor.  I hold a California Real Estate Brokers License, a California Department of Real Estate Originators License and an Iowa Mortgage Brokers License.  I am very good at my job and I pride myself in customer service and industry knowledge.

Amanda Burden Office Manager/Processer

I am the Senior Mortgage Processor, Office Manager and the Compliance Officer for Action Home Loans. As your home Mortgage Processor I will handle all communication between the lender and Action Home Loans to ensure you receive the best customer service in the industry. As the Office manager I make certain that Action Home Loans remains compliant with all State and Federal guidelines.  I am currently working towards a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. This is my first year in the Mortgage business.  I have over six years of Customer Service experience along with  three years of Human Services experience.  In other positions during my career I have worked under guidelines set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development in regards to grants, low-income housing standards and currently mortgage loans.  Customer Service and quality control are at the core of my work ethic and I look forward to serving your home loan needs.
