Action Home Loans was opened in 2005 because of the need for a local mortgage company.  Action Home Loans has serviced the area and weathered the proverbial storm of the mortgage fall out crisis.  We are a solid company with ethics and values above the curve of our competitors.  Our locally owned branch has worked with people from all over the great state of Iowa.  We assist in relocation efforts and we reinvest into our community.  We are a forward thinking and forward moving company watching the stock market trends and the banking trends to be able to give you the most accurate information available.

I have been in the mortgage and Real Estate industry since 1999.  I worked in the Quad Cities for several years before trying my hand in the California Real Estate Market.  I owned and operated my own Mortgage Company for 2 years before selling and moving back to the area to take over the Davenport Hamilton Mortgage Branch.  Due to corporate decisions they closed the doors on several Hamilton Mortgage Offices across the Midwest, mine being one of the victims.  I have worked as a Mortgage Banker, a Mortgage Broker and a Mortgage Processor.  I hold a California Real Estate Brokers License, a California Department of Real Estate Originators License and an Iowa Mortgage Brokers License.  I am very good at my job and I pride myself in customer service and industry knowledge.
